Quite frankly, contractual hire will not defend this country from attacks by other nations. A disorganized,privatized business mob checking,and arguing their contracts before they act will not save us from invading hordes coming from other nations or from within. Contractual hire follows business ethics, not ethics motivated by patriotism, and a sense of ownership of property.All of our governmental agencies, to include our military organizations were created out of necessity. No NATO, or non-NATO relationships have changed enough for any reasonable person to want to replace our federal governmental functions with private contractual hire.
