In our political system an actor merits more pay than the garbage collector because we want it that way,therefore the actor can buy more things than the garbage collector, and a medical doctor merits more pay than a factory worker therefore a medical doctor can buy more things than a factory worker.In short, America is not politically designed to conserve. It is designed to change with the will of the voters. This ability to peacefully change is an excellent hallmark of our democracy.If you were a true conservative,( the right ) you would resist the freedoms offered by the thirteenth, fourteenth, and fifteenth amendments to the U.S. Constitution and be perfectly content to remain in a cotton fields down south dressed in hand-me-down clothing, picking cotton, eating cooked waste animal parts out of a trough, and helping the confederate minded to set up all kinds of political barriers to resist the advancements of those freedom minded Yankees.You just aren’t getting it.Your metaphoric call to battle is viewed by Trump’s base as an oddity that some so-called conservatives may view as possibly helpful, but the truth of it is The right’s base conservatives ( Trump’s people ) have left you because “you ain’t one of them. ” Many in Trump’s political base hate the fact that you are an American citizen.You had better be glad that the myth of political conservatism, or the “right”, has excluded you because now you can be a real American citizen, and fight totalitarianism in favor of our form of government.Shame on you for wanting to willingly put the shackles back on your neck,wrists, and ankles.
