Actually, I have to agree with the author. I was thinking the exact same thing as I watched the game. Not that I felt Lebron should of been there throwing punches, but he could of showed more comraderie with his teammates. It will be intersting to see how this plays out as the season moves forward. I’m sure this will be a warning sign for many other top tier players that may have been considering joining him in LA. I will say the veterans that were brought in (Rondo, Stepenson and Javelle) are playing their asses off. I expect the team to improve as the season mpves forward.

Stephen Jackson? Kendrick Perkins? What was their reputation when they were playing? Lebron did the right thing and it was a “team-first” move. If they lose him, they will lose the game(same ending though). The author is must be a legit Lebron hater. In a time of incredibly shitty takes this may be the shittiest of them all. Lebron said he is there for basketball, agreed? Say he goes in there throwing haymakers and gets suspended for x number of games how tf they gonna win games with 3, 1 being the best in the world rn, players suspended. Also players remove other teams players from altercations all the time because guess what removing a threat IS protecting your team. As far as your reference to old basketball, the league is waaaaaaay more strict about fights and hands out harsher punishments now than back then thanks to the malice at the palace. In other words it pays to not fight when you aren’t involved in it. To call in to question whether lebron wants to win or not goes against his entire career and is the epitome of what a hater wants to believe (what about the 6 other players not named Lebron who didn’t throw punches? How’s their character?). I’m sure I missed something cuz this article is so full of trash by somebody who probably goes outta their way to hate Lebron for no reason.
