I’ve seen “traditional” marriage fail time and time again and I’ve seen “others” like non-traditional(s) and open marriages succeed in accountability, happiness and freedom.

I’ve been raised by folks and in a larger macro scale family and community where if marriage doesn’t break up, its dysfunctionally messed up to the upmost.

You have to embrace change.

If Traditional Marriage was so powerful and strong we wouldn’t BE in this position in the first place. Why try the same thing over and over?

Under God’s rule adulterous women were stoned/were practically property. Even Exodus 21:20-21 and 1 Peter 2:18 shows us if not slavery “at least” captives were allowed.

You can’t eat camel or pigs or shellfish/pork

You can’t Buy land let alone the insidious “interest”.

Luke 16:18 about Divorce and remarrying, let alone waiting until sex before marriage.
