We need to plant thee seeds of what we want to grow. Therefore your children should respect you but not fear you.

Verbal and emotional abuse are also both abuse that can be devastating. And if you would not want someone to talk to you in a certain way, don’t talk that way or yell at your children.

You are the example and you do not want to teach them fear, verbal or physical abuse are the ways to get things done.
