I am not expert, but one of the definitions of insanity is to keep doing the same thing over and over again and expect something different, right?

IMHO we need new information. Allow me to provide the first clue. We cannot solve a problem until we have defined the problem.

Please take the time to read carefully Deuteronomy 28:5-68 and notice the detailed description of chattel slavery aka “the curses” that would befall Israel should they fail to obey God’s commandments and laws.
