					<description><![CDATA[Largely you cannot lock up African American kids if they are not committing crimes, though I know disproportionate incarceration and profiling exists.
But we cannot let African American parents off the hook. Are you a good example? Are you watching what influences your children like video games, music and whores like Nikki Minaj? 

Political neglect of schools is also true but how many parents are allowing this to happen, not participating at the schools nor attending the PTA meetings? Don&#039;t just blame the establishment.
