The welfare reform act has essentially diluted any hope of uniting the black family in American Children are now emancipated at an earlier age and forced to compete in a system that favors immigrant populations of a nation that robbed the black man who was taken from his home while his children and women were raped. We are now tainted with the blood of our rapist who aim to erase our past. The Clinton’s are no more than Andrew Jackson renegades. Clinton birthed a black child by a black prostitute. He is nothing but an oppressor of blacks … just like slavery.
