Hi Lynne,
Thank you for sharing your article and for bringing to our attention the different solutions to improve our life and reduce our stress.
I have been myself affected by stress, anxiety and sometime paranoia in the past.
I have effectively learnt how to be stress free and more efficient in the corporate world in order to not feel constantly overwhelmed. My solution had for effect to help boosting my career and be successful.
Today (after 15 years) I am sharing my experience and I am supporting many young professionals through my blog ‘officetipshealer.com’ and my book ‘OFFICE EFFICIENCY – 75 Practical Tips. How to Win and Be Stress Free’.
I would really welcome your thoughts on it.
I believe it is important to focus on the root cause of the stress to eliminate it as quite often it is linked to our interaction with others, the lack of emotional intelligence & effectiveness in the workplace and our state of mind.
Focusing on the root cause is very important so we can eliminate the stress straight away while being at work as opposed to take it with us at home after the 9-5 job.
There are many suggested solutions such as exercising, practising meditation, taking medicines but those are solutions which cannot have a direct & instant positive effect at the present time we deal with the stress itself.
