This would be a more interesting piece if it were not slightly laced with misdirection and/or flat-out falsehoods. It is NOT TRUE that “blacks purchase more movie tickets than do whites, according to the Motion Picture Association of America…”. Frankly, I don’t see how that ties into the main point, anyways…

OSCARS-STILL BEGGING FOR APPROVAL FROM MASSA….

While AFRICAN AMERICANS are supporting ‘ BLACK’ actors begging for validation from a movie industry that type-cast them and only awards them for stereotypical roles, these same celebrities do nothing for the improvement of their own people.

Instead of wasting their earnings on luxurious consumption why don’t they pool their money creating their own studios, productions , and jobs for their own creating movies with positive characters and positive stories…

HERE ARE BIGGER ISSUES THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED INSTEAD “ACTORS” GETTING AWARDS…

-UNEMPLOYMENT/UNDER-EMPLOYMENT
– MASS INCARCERATION
-JUDICIAL KILLINGS-
-INADEQUATE EDUCATION
-INSUFFICIENT HEALTH CARE
