It does not surprise me that this article does not have a lot of likes. People want to be snug and under the illusion of their religion instead of their relationship with God. There are churches everywhere yet very little impact. Some might say don’t walk by sight and that the impact is there. But are they standing on the scripture or hiding behind it because the salt has lost it’s savour?

At one time the church was the foundation of our community. Now they’re just another organization in the community. Not all churches, but I would say most of them. As the article points out, we still struggle in the community with unemployment, crime, and the other problems discussed. The Black church receives billions every year, but very little is used to solve these problems. By coming together, the Black church could help be a major contributor in solving these problems and become the pillar of the community it once was. By simply searching and shopping on 3ufirst.com, we can begin to bring billions back to our community, from the trillion dollars we spend every year, outside our community.
