Walter owed 18,000 in child support and there was a warrant out for his arrest as it should have been. It’s that way for anyone of any race or gender who refuses to pay child support. Had he not ran, the worst that would have happened is he’d be locked up. Before Walter ran out the car, the officer wasn’t threatening at all. He was walking back to his squad car. Even Walter’s passenger said that he didn’t know why Walter ran.

Because of his actions, the officer wasn’t only fired but he’s charged with murder and being held without bail. Walter’s family will most likely sue and win, considering the evidence captured on cell phone video.
