Dr. Angelou did so much more and she was so much larger than any poem she ever wrote. Her experiences inspired her poetry yet sadly we focus on the poetry instead of the experiences. Our people are far too entangled and focused on the value of entertainment and inspiration when we should really be looking at the examples and following suit.
