WHEN ever you hear people say these rap songs are just words and don’t mean anything then the JEWS shouldn’t be offended, but they are because they know that words and images do have meaning and they’re sensitive about how people talk about them.

I haven’t seen the video, but as the author of the article says, it’s just another typical negative video. Our focus is on the wrong people. We can’t control what another group of people do, but we can control what we do. We should be totally focused on educating our community on the negative garbage that is put out there for us and young people in general to enjoy and emulate.

If we do this, all this negative crap will stop because there will be no one or very few to produce it. That is the big challenge we face, but if we had alternatives to our young talented people, they wouldn’t have to resort to doing anything for money. That’s our fault as a community for not creating our own industries that would allow our people the outlet the need to be positive and successful.

In reality though, this type of negativity will probably never go away, until we deal with the negative mental effects of our past. This type of self hate has been going on since the minstrel shows of the 20’s. It’s just an updated version. But there needs to be more of a balance of the positive and that’s the problem. We should fix the problems in our community before we complain about what people are doing outside our community.
