This article about Future is idiotic, judgmental, stagnant, and off course. What hypocrisy!!! Case in point – I had heard his music before but I had never heard him speak or do an interview until today, and I never knew much about him at all. Today I took the time to peruse some of his interviews, and I must say he blew me away with his mannerism, his mindset, and mentality, his thoughtfulness, and wisdom, and his sensibilities, not to mention his extraordinary work ethic and knowledge. Future is a natural born star without the rap lyrics and the music.

The writer should really feel ashamed for trying to critique a young rapper when this type of music is out of his league. I am highly impressed with Future, and I am old enough to be his grandmother. He has the wisdom of an old man. And, the sky is the limit for what he can achieve and the money he can make throughout his career. Future is smart and wise enough to know how to avoid negativity. His lady must be very strong, wise, and rather tough. He was in love but he wasn’t looking to get married when he has career to build. It was not personal towards Ciara that they split, he just didn’t need the distraction from his work and he wasn’t going to have their relationship overshadow his own career. It’s no surprise that he has babies by different women, they are all his seeds and very precious gems that the women wanted by him and therefore they all are blessings.

Future, I get you.

OMG. I completely agree with everything he is saying. I think women are so stupid that allow these men to treat them any kind of way and it makes it bad for other women. I also feel bad for our black men. It is so sad, sometimes I have no hope for them. Many are successful and responsible and I commend them, but the others are a sad case. I do blame media and the next generation is going to be fucked up. There are not too many real men anymore. Why would a woman want a thug? Doing nothing with your life, smoking all day everyday, multiple baby mamas, hell no.As a 22 year old a college educated woman to deal with a man like that, never. I can spot a bum from a mile away. Been there done that. Please black women have some dam sense ! Chase your dreams not little boys and when you get to where you want to be THEN find a real man with a decent career and who is mature.

I agree with a lot of things were written in this article, but at the same time not the entire article as a whole.
It seems that many of us as black ppl like to find many ways to cause division between us.
I see the college educated black folk and church going black folk with “holier than thou” attitudes.
Too many brothers and sisters equate pants sagging and where someone grows up with being good or evil or positive or negative.
I know of too many well dressed pastors and deacons that have illegitimate children out of wedlock and fornicate and commit adultery on a regular basis and rob and still from church goers and the community alike.
What black people need to do is stop being as short sighted and prejudice as their white counterparts, and start judging each other on individuality. Basically stop taking things for face value, and analyze ppl and different situations surrounding ppl and use critical thinking.
So many ppl beat black men down…how many lift them up and speak on the positive that they may do?
Us as black ppl will never progress bc most of us are too busy beating each other down, the self hatred is sickening!

I am by NO MEANS a fan of Future, or any other “turn-up” trap rappers. But whoever wrote this is a troll or just stupid, and so are most of the people who commented.

Where did you get that ridiculous figure of $16,000 per month???

Future makes probably double or triple that per SHOW!!! And he probably does several shows PER MONTH!! And that’s just SHOW MONEY!!

This seems like just another stupid article written to get as many views and comments as possible. Smh..

I think that this was a well written article that more people should read. I agree that this world is so corrupt that people dont even know how to be true to themselves its all about what they wear, what they see on tv, and how they have the best of the best. We as a society should come together more than we do now and instead of giving our time to the phone, internet, and television. We need to turn and give our time to the man above. Cause the way that I see it this world dont have a future do to the lack of love, care, leadership, respect, spirituality, helpfulness, and well-being of themselves or others. We need to step up our game as individuals.
