Keep in mind that the Mission Statement provides the road map to where you want to go and the steps needed to get there which is why you must revisit your Mission Statement at a minimum quarterly to ensure that goals are being met in a timely manner and to update operational procedures to ensure client needs are addressed as well as your business goodwill is present in the community.

A Mission Statement should be simple and to the point and over time the business will evolve just have “FUN” and always remember your actions will tell clients if you genuinely care about them which will set you apart from the competition.
