I’m not much of a reader and have never read a self help book but I know WOMEN, especially in my age group “48”, who are seeking this information.

I had a client a few weeks ago to contact me about financial planning. During our conversation I asked about her social life. This is when she shared with me that a co-worker had given her a book to read called “The Rules” which is a self help book guaranteed to land a husband if you follow all the rules.

Then she asked my opinion about how to get a husband. I told her that my husband and I have been together 21 years, married 20 years, and all I could say is that if you really want a husband never make yourself available to a man who doesn’t want a wife.
