I’m sure in his mind, in thoes dark corners of racist thought he feels that the black athelets get what they deserve. He feels that since 99% of them don’t care about studying, 99% of them are basically illiterate, 99% are crimially minded he might as well take advantage of the situation and make some money off these Negroes.

It wasn’t that long ago we weren’t even allowed to play for these colleges. We were delegated to the Black colleges only. But seeing how good we were, winning more games, and bringing in more money soon changed that. This is proof that we’re only playing at these colleges to make them rich.

I write about in my book, that we should flip the script and start going back to Black colleges again so they can receive some of those billions? At least we’d be giving back to our community and maybe even getting a good education at the same time. But I guess that makes too much sense in these days and times when it’s all about the individual and not the community. For a solution to change this mindset, click on my name.
