And what do you and Farrakhan think the president should say to the hoards of hoodlums terrorizing Chicago? Obama gave a speech on Father’s Day and Jesse Jackson wanted to cut his n**s off. I can only imagine what other ignorant black men said.

“It’s hard to look past a president who flies to Colorado when people are shot in a suburban movie theater and cries publicly when other children are killed in an affluent part of Connecticut…” The residents in these areas DO NOT make it a hobby/sport/epidemic of shooting and killing others everyday, every hour of the day around the clock. And what can Obama do or say to these out of control hoodlums?

Your article makes a lot of sense, but unfortunately it won’t happen because in our society, things that happen in the Black community are not the concern of people outside the Black community, which unfortunately includes the President and others who claim to be leaders in the community, based on their actions in this situation. This is why we have to solve our own problems, rather then waiting for the government to solve them.

We need to start creating quality businesses in our community and ask our people to support. If they don’t, then we need to ask why? If we just spent 10-20% of the trillion dollars we spend with every community but our own, we could solve our own problems. Eventually we’ll have to do this anyway in order to survive. It’s better to do this by choice then to have no choice but to do it. We still carry the shackles of slavery, except now we do it willingly. For the solution, click on my name.

Thank you for taking the time to review and echo the sentiment of The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan. The epidemic of murder in Chicago is a concern that should be addressed by ALL of the alleged “Black Leaders”, “Pastors” and Community representatives. To continue to remain silent and inactive, regarding this issue, only presents the case for neglect on the part of those mentioned above.
