Damn, they purposely infect ppl b/c if somebody gave them HIV then they’re gonna infect somebody else. And they don’t care how many ppl they infect either. Most of these nitwits became HIV positive b/ they were on the down-low, used intravenous needles, or given tainted blood.

There should be a law for ALL HIV/AIDS carriers. Just like those sex offenders have to register as sex offenders, so should ppl with HIV.
