Since Christmas does not have Biblical roots where did it come from and does it matter? This is a very important question. A previous commentor correctly stated that Christmas comes from Pagen roots. From the tree to the December 25th date. It all comes from pagen worship. (As hard as it is to accept, it is the truth and it is the “truth that sets you free”).

Does it matter that Christmas is actually a pagen holiday? Does the Bible give any indication that adopting false worship under the guise of true worship is acceptable to God? Again, the Bible clearly shows that there is no sharing between the “truth and the lie”, “no sharing between light and darkness”. Finally, a undeniable example is what happened when the Israelites left Eqypt. The Isrealites took the calf worship of the Eqyptians and giving it another name tried to pass it off as appropriate for God’s people. (This is exactly how Christmas came to be). Though they named it a “Festival to Jehovah”, it did not change it’s true nature. The results were disasterous for the Isrealites (Exodus 32) (2nd Timothy 3:16). Now here is the question: Why would we think things are any differet with Christmas? “God has not changed”.

Could you not find anywhere else to spew your negative rant? That is at the core of the problems in the world. People feel a urge to spew negativity but they begrudgingly express any actions of love and compassion. Religious or not, darkness and intolerance is at the heart of your words.
