I'm going to piggyback off James Davis "at my own risk" and borrow Ramses word "mofos" holding their breath for Obama to save them will die from asphyxiation!

@Ummm Yeah, if you have not done so you should attend Dialogue with the FED. These seminars provided by the Federal Reserve Bank should be beneficial to your economic research.

@Queen, love your name and great comment. My husband graduated from Booker T. Washington Institute "BWI" in Kakata, Liberia. He went on to earn an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, a master's in Computer Science and is the owner of a U.S. Software Patent. He is indifferent so long as the path leads to love for one another which according to him the indigenious people of Liberia never got from Americo Liberians. He says free blacks from America colonized his country and resumed the slave trade where America had to step in and shut down that "mofo".

@Ramses, the Financial Industry is the "game changer". If you have not done so, you should get your Series 65 License which is all that is required to become a Registered Investment Adviser Representative in many states including Georgia. The Series 65 Exam is administered through FINRA. This is the fastest way to enter the Financial Industry as an Independent Adviser, learn the ABCs of investments, utilize sweat equity to grow the business and the self study material costs less than $200.

My husband and I purchased the Series 65 self study material from Pass Perfect and passed the exam on the first try. Then we purchased Empire Stock Broker Institute self study material for the Series 7 "Stock Broker Exam". It was an easier read, contained helpful hints and acronyms, and was more informative than Pass Perfect. This is why I recommend Empire Stock Broker Institute self study material to prepare for the Series 65 Exam.

There's nothing more attractive to sisters than a BMW "Black Man Working" so you shouldn't have any problems growing your Financial Firm.

I Am Going To Enter This Conversation At My Own Risk!

1)No one is putting down or uplifting Mr. Obama in suggesting he put a Job Creation Plan on the table.
2)Government was created by the founders of this country because they realized there are some things we can do better collectively, like fight wars when there is a common enemy, share in the cost of building infrastructure, enhancing wealth through trade, and most important providing an environment that is conductive to healthy economic growth, by leveraging the resources of the whole to resolve complex problems, like this economic downturn for instance.
3)If you review your history, it was the federal government largess which pulled us out of the Great Depression of 1930's. However, a complete recovery from the Great Depression arrived after 1940, when mobilization for World War II caused a huge increase in industrial production. I am not suggesting Mr. Obama start a war to increase industrial production. What he should do however, is start looking at financing schemes that will pump up the consumer which is 70% of our GDP. The consumer has literally stopped spending which is why we are in this downturn. This President will not do this unless prompted, because it involves political risk. Nevertheless, this is a proper role for government to play. So you see this is not about Mr. Obama and whether he is black or white, it is about the role of government. He just so happen to be sitting at the top of this government.
4)Realizing government has a role to play; we can help by suggesting appropriate strategies. We should get involve, unlike many of those who look like us ignore there is a problem. They spread misinformation about the seriousness of our economic situation . I am an advocate of the belief that if a problem was created by man, man should be able to resolve it. This Great Recession was the creation of man!!

@Queen Du Bois was a sellout for racist jews, i don't suggests all are, who wanted to take away the power of blacks and used the NAACP to do it. Ask yourself two questions: what specific policy can you point to, that the NAACP advocated that made things better for blacks and if they are so successful, why have you never seen a building with NAACP on it? Du Bois was light skin nigger who was more than happy to hate on Garvey and Booker T's viewpoints (collective economics) as opposed to begging whitey for a handout. You have all these black studies programs in the country but what institutions have they built? Have they come together and built a bank? No. A grocery store chain? No. A healthcare infrastructure? No. An Educational structure? No. So for all that rhetoric Du Bois espoused, what did it accomplish? I saw what Booker T accomplished and Garvey as well. With all that eloquence, that nigg Du Bois wasn't talking about shit but trying to stay in his comfortable light skin passing at Harvard, and demonstrating hate towards self-made men like Garvey and Washington. Fuck that nigga. And then have the nerve to get buried in Ghana like he was down with what Garvey was on. Black men learn banking, shipping, trading, diplomatic relations with other nations of the planet and you will be fine. looking for a single policy to solve all black problems is asinine. Because it makes it seem as if all blacks are monolithic. We are not. i do not have anything in common with mofos from the projects or those on section-8. I have different goals than they do. Quite frankly, they should have never shut them projects down because once they did, they started moving in middle class black neighborhoods terrorizing them. It was alright when the virus was contained. Help the poor help the poor is what black people scream. Forget that. Why give resources to people who clearly are just gonna squander the shit. Why not help civilize people first? Why not help people who want to make a contribution to civilization in a positive way? There's a thought. Oh they do it's called technical schools and college. If you can't join one of these and start there then we have nothing to talk about.

@ Ummm Yeah: I'm no Obama apologist. But neither will I jump on some 'Blame Obama' campaign. One can easily go online and google what his stances were on various issues during his Senate days. Not my interest at all. And you know why? Because the President is not my savior! I understand the game in its broader sense: The President is basically the CEO of the Corporation called the United States of America. Nix that 'we the people' crap. This nation was built to serve the CORPORATE interests of rich folks. And whether its Bush, Clinton, Reagan or Obama: his first order of business is to represent the interests of those wealthy businessmen who funded his campaign in the first place. Certainly you didn't think the little $30 or $40 we threw into the hat would make him beholden to 'us'.

I just observe other groups who are not as vocal about politics. Like Arab Americans and Asians. They could care less about politics because they understand the game. Hence why they focus on making money and creating more businesses to serve those of us who have made politics OUR main focus. I do applaud you for doing what you do though. Good to see a brother taking a stand on what he believes.

OMG... Love this!!!! you guys do exist lol... I definitely agree with you guys... I am so disappointed in some black folks that hold President Obama at a different standard than they did Clinton or even Bush. Bush was a president who blantantly let it be known that he could care less about the "black" plight... I'm so tired of our people looking for a damn handout when we hold all the tools for our success. It's so sad to walk down Auburn Ave. and see all the hard work that black people put into that place has gone to waste. I think it is going to take a generation of enlighten people who have not been brainwashed to get us back there. I know that you are more for Booker T Washington, but I think I'm more on WEB Dubois's team lol... Definitely also agreed with Marcus Garvey so maybe I'm more in the middle of the road

@Uumm Yeah...i suggest black people take a look at themselves first, before they start advocating what a government program do for them. I never said it was either or but the first step starts with you first. I'm sick of hearing about this victimhood mentality black people think is gonna save them because it's not. After slavery, blacks were in way worse economic conditions and built amongst themselves. Why do you think these people came along and proposed integration? because they saw the economic juggernaut that was being built and some white folks (mainly in the south) were scared as hell. But because black folks valued being around whitey instead of each other, the disintegration in the economic structure was able to take place. Black people can set up trusts in their family. It's not against the law for them to take advantage of these things. I'm working on these things right now. But you know what it takes? Building towards a common cause. This is what blacks have lost as a collective. When Malcolm said he was willing to work with Atheists, why do you think he said this in terms of moving the black agenda forward? Because it didn't matter if you were atheist and black when you were getting your head busted. It only mattered that you were black and under attack and you had better come up under some type of protection. Black people claim they have had successes from civil rights but damn every four years they having problems voting. I thought that was supposed to be solved in 1964. Black people have made themselves expendable as a unit, that;s why our latino brothers and sisters are being courted now. Now me personally, I'm joining them because they family to me cause I know enough history to know this is truth. I want to win. I am not into losing and excuse making. Black people's economic troubles did not start and will not stop with obama. Instead of trying to buy their way into heaven every sunday, making their faggot ass preachers rich, blacks need to take this same money and invest in their families first. How the hell you're gonna build up a megachurch while you live in a shack? Black people need to learn how to be loyal to God, instead of the church. If you to busy hating yourself, then how can you expect progress. Just imagine where we would be had we not integrated.
