When I was in college there was this college student that tried to get me to take to the Welfare Office in search of food stamps simply because we were college students. Instead of applying for food stamps, I got a part-time job to supplement my income while attending college. Mitt is just stating the obvious, people are looking more and more to the government instead of self reliance to persevere.
