Everyone knows these conferences are a business product for Eddie Long, New Births, and the speakers/performers. So we cannot expect them to tell the whole truth. They don’t even hold a call to Christ at the end of long nights of compulsory “giving”. The food, tix, videos, and paraphernalia are outrageously priced. So Eddie is operating just as many church pimps do. He has held this conference for years as a money ploy.

Please, do not blame Eddie Long! These young men liked materials things and staying in 5 stars Hotel; and gave into the lust for all it’s worth and got upset when they realized that Eddie was seeking younger preys!

Never the less, Bishop Eddie Long, as a man of God, should not have entertained such behavor.

Well, Mr. Long knows and depends on his “sheeple” being in the grasps of P.T. Barnum’s quote. African American folks truly are enamored by the next Moses, no matter what sociological personna that person may come from. Jesus had it truly correct in the 70th saying of the Gospel of Thomas: “If you give rise to wht is within you, what is within you will save you. If you do not give rise to what is in you, what is not in you will destroy you.” Our folks have to depend on each other and their relationship with God for their salvation, not another Dr. Feelgood.

There was and article on this site about asians pimpimp Blacks. But the real pimps are a lot of these fake ministers of the cloth. They are the real wolves in sheep clothing. Black churches bring in billions every year, but how much of that money goes to helping the Black community? There are a lot of churches helping our community, but they are the exception not the rule. If all the Black churches got together and pooled their money together, we could solve a lot of problems in our community. But they’re only interested in themselves, instead of the community they claim to serve. Back to the asian pimping, you can only be pimped if you allow other people to pimp you. The bottom line is we don’t control our minds, someone else does. This started fron slavery and has continued to this day. It’s time to break the mental chains in order to free our minds so we can control our community like we once did. We can solve the problems in our community because we are the problem. No one else can do more for us than we can do for ourselves.

Black Unity is the solution and always will be.
