I remember examing a bank where the President was apart of the Savings and Loan scandal in the 1980s and a well known Republican President pardoned his misdeeds. Needless to say, this former Bank President held an Executive position in the early 1990s at a very prestigous Bank.

I’ve served in the Financial Services Industry for the Federal Reserve, Securities Brokerage, and a Bank Holding Company. Nothing happens in the financial or politiical arena without Corporate America’s seal of approval!

Similarly, the recent $25 billion foreclosure settlement with the banks is nothing more than a diversion and cover for the more serious, financial crime that has taken place on Wall Street.
