I’ve never seen anybody get all their facts wrong and try to feel justified. Let’s run down the list. “Now in your recollection?” Bill Maher is a standup comedian, much like Richard Pryor. What they say in their comedy can’t be taken seriously as if they were polictical pundits like Rush Limbaugh (Godfather of the Republican conservatives) with millions of radio listeners, and presidential candidates fearing him, not a fair comparison at all.
Now in your recollection Stephen Colbert went all the way to Washington and testified before congress to insure comedians have the right to form Super Packs. So why can’t Bill Maher donate to a Super Pack?
Lets move to your next faulty point. Comparing Sandra Fluke to Sarah Palin. Palin is a campaign harden political figure, who should be able to take the bumps and barbs of public criticism. Sandra is a college student with her whole life ahead of her, starting with being called a prostitute, by the most powerful pundit in the country. Why wouldn’t the President console her? The President is a decent man, doing what I or any other man in his place would do!
Now that plantation scenario you tried to spin, only a dim wit with no knowledge of Black history would buy it! Everyone knows on the plantation there were two types of slaves, the house slave that lived with the masser and slept in the basement or attic and snitch on the other slaves, while tap dancing and kissing the masser’s behind for table scraps. The other slave was the field slave who did the hard labor never to get any credit for anything he did. And of course was always the whipping boy. Now it’s obvious whose behind you’re kissing. Now in South Africa Mandela had the same problem with snitches that sold information to the slavers. He solved it with the burning tire. There should always be a bounty on snitches. Don’t go to jail being a snitch.
And don’t try and discount why David Gregory and other newsmen are asking the questions they ask. They ask because that’s what America is interested in, period!
Now look at your whole comment, none of it holds water. Shame, Shame on you!!!

I cannot beleive anyone makes this political at all! I cannot beleive we are hearing the “c” word or the “t” word being tossed around like it is nothing. There is a lack of respect for anyone any more in this country. It is not Obamas problem, it is America’s problem. It is so hard to raise kids in this country right now where ANYTHING goes!! Talk trash, show full on sex scenes on TV accessible to anyone, gay marriage….the list goes on and on. America has two black eyes, we need to shape up!!!!!!

Maher attacked not only Palin, etc. but every conservative women who share their views. After alk Palin and others are called names for those views. And being public figures do not make them less female and the attacks less misogynist.

Sandra Fluke isn’t less public than Carrie Prejean who got sexist attacks from the left many times. Like fro m Keith Olbermann and msnbc.

Fluke also isn’t your average coed but is a long time extreme leftist activist. She works fkr RH Reality Check which has made bigoted and sexist attacks against MSN, conssrvative women and Christians.

Amanda Marcotte is the most famous or I should say infamous writer for RH.

Obama and Democrat Congresswomen refused to repudjate Maher.

Kent, you definitely are not a democrat. Of course, Bill Mayer is foul mouthed man but the degree to which you loathe him gives you away. You are definitely GOP because the degree of your hatred for him is something one could only feel if you felt a lot of empathy for the targets of his insults: Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman. I’m a leftwinger and I don’t care for Michelle Bachman or Sarah Palin so I don’t take insults against them very hard but you take insults against them very hard. Yea, what Maher said is crude and crass but it doesn’t justify your degree of hatred for him unless you’re a GOP hack. Sorry, but I wish GOPers would just admit that they’re GOPers when they make their points rather than trying to claim their democrats so as to suggest that they are being fair-minded when they cut down democrats.

In fact, the differences I have referenced between Rush Limbaugh’s insults and Bill Mayer’s insults are well-founded and well-based. It’s clear that you guys are too anti-Obama and too pro-GOP to come to terms with the truth. In fact, Bill Maher’s insults were nothing more than potty-mouth humor against two very specific female seasoned-pro politicians (Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman) who have, and continue to, dish out an abundance of ugly insults against their own political enemies, whereas Rush Limbaugh’s insults were creepy and sickening mysoginistic attacks against a regular-gal, college student, who is just a one-time congressional witness (Sandra Fluke), and in the process of insulting the regular-gal, college student, one time congressional witness Rush also insulted tens of millions of innocent women just because they have taken contraception. Those tens of millions of women Rush also insulted were not even involved in the discussion so Rush blindsided those women out of the clear blue. And the nature of his insults against Sandra Fluke (and tens of millions of other totally innocent women) are creepy and downright perverted. He called them all sluts and prostitute feminazis and told them they have to post video of themselves online so that Rush Limbaugh, and anyone else who would be interested, can watch them have sex. This is sickening and creepy. Some of the “women” who take contraception are kids for God’s sakes.
