ooh man I dont even like to comment on blogs but I have to co-sign 1000x what the first person said (WhyUNot) said! Nicki is a smart business women and knows exactly whats shes doing, she cares about her fan base and encourages young girls especially, to stay in school and get an education! The person who wrote this article has no knowledge of that and should be ashamed of themselves. Man! r u boycotting all rap? were you boycotting lil kim, trina, eve or any other female rap? r u focusing on specific lyrics or her songs thats for entertainment? what about her statements and interviews of telling young people to go to school, work hard, abstain, embrace all, don’t on looks nor men? r u boycotting all music referencing the B**** word? or r u just trying to get your journalism on the map and close yet another avenue and venue for black female artist? women r the major buyer for male rap music yet it degrades them and reference them as gold diggers and only for various forms of sex. so you see the first black female rapper to not be caged in, work hard cross over and u ready to tear her down even though she tells u her music is for entertainment and labels says kids shouldn’t listen but again we need to force our views on how she gives a blueprint on how to diversify work hard and make money. she has never advocated and has repeatedly told girls she abstains from sex and they should to and to love themselves. every male artist in industry that has met her even white talk show host tells how smart and sweet she is and how she made it on hardwork not on her back like other female rappers. male artist told how hard it was to work with her becoz she doesn’t sleep with them and ensure they r about business. u r just another hater and distruction and control of black people with your selfjudment and your better than thy self. this is what young people think of u her and your boycott.
