Whether one has sex in or out of marriage is of no concern to anyone but the participants. Whether one utilizes a form of contraception to avoid pro-creation or make the difficult desicion to abort the product of that union is the choice of that person and the parties in which she chooses to include in making it. Leaving that decision at the federal level is the only responsible way to ensure states don’t encroach on the rights of privacy that have already been decided.
