excellent reporting.keep up the good work.i am a 60 yr old white male,married to a beautiful black women,who is a much better women than i deserve,thank god for her.she has taught me sooo much about the trials and tribulations she has faced in her life,and still keep an excellent out look on life. i support Herman Cain totally,and plan on voting for him as president.God bless Mr. Cain and his family….mike b

Herman Cain was informed that there was something big about to happen before Politico released the story. It is ludicrous to suggest that Cain should have looked into his crystal ball and preempted Politico’s story about the ANONYMOUS accusers!

Cain continues to handle the matter well despite opposition from the elites of both parties!

I guess what I don’t understand is the way he handled it. In 2003-2004 he obviously remembered at least one of accusations and settlements, as he told staff members during his Senate run during that time. So when Politico released the initial article a few weeks ago and he played dumb and then started to “remember” details later that day, in my eyes made it look like he was hiding something. Then his play on words, stating that oh, he was aware of an agreement, but not a settlement. That was just a poor excuse to be able to justify changing his story. Herman is making it hard not to believe what the women are saying.

The other kicker was when he said they were going to take legal action against Politico. I am not sure what they were going to go after, Politico reported…

“The women complained of sexually suggestive behavior by Cain that made them angry and uncomfortable, the sources said, and they signed agreements with the restaurant group that gave them financial payouts to leave the association. The agreements also included language that bars the women from talking about their departures.”

What they reported, we come to find out, is true.

Again, it’s hard to give Cain the benefit of the doubt with how he initially handled all this. It looked as if he was hiding something, and if not, it showed that he has a hard time handling a crisis, which would make him a poor choice for President any way.
