White people can “afford” to be not that educated because the system supports them. We can’t and anyway nobody should settle for less. There is a culture of idiocy in America. I speak several languages. Recently, I was saying to a colleague of mine that I wanted to learn Spanish. When another White colleague overheard me he had the nerve to ask me why I wanted to learn another language because I already master three. I could not stand him. Historically, WASP always tried to stop our progress and now they do it in a subtle way. The attitude of the colleague speaks volume. Unfortunately too many of our people buy into not being well informed and it goes egainst them. We must always thrive for excellence!

VThis was a very informative article. However, I’m sorry to say that Kim K’s life, other reality shows, many television shows and various forms of entertainment are a way of escape for many people. This is the case regardless of race. I am not justifying these actions, but it is sad to say that it is what it is.
