You are right about how not many black males take care of their children. But that’s the reputation they gave themselves. Blacl leaders should’ve addressed this problem during the sixties. They should’ve discussed the importance of being a father to their children. But of course this didn’t happen. It seems as though others have more rights over his child(ren) than the black man himself.
