Hate to say it but some of our people are just lost. Can’t be saved as they will continue to reinforce negative sterotypes. So glad to see another soul speak the truth. Yes free your mind, and never limit self.

Some Black Folks may Feel, they don’t need or want anyone to Represent them but…… Guess I’m the only one focusing on the Positive in Our Community. Whoever writing checks need to give me my money, so I can get the bleep on.

interesting article. in many cases especially when there is a large black population represented in any organization, the tendency is to have a black supervisor. it helps things run more smoothly, so to speak.
with white supervisors there are always the accusations of racism and bigotry that get slung around, when an employ has to be repremanded for something. naturally, such accusations make it to the top tier, though frivolous they still must be looked into. so simply put, in some cases it works out better.
