					<description><![CDATA[I’m having trouble understanding the point of this article, I believe that it is a WELL known fact that not only do African Americans need to Embrace College in the 21st Century but ALL children do in order to compete in a world economy. The author has good intentions by writing this article, I also agree that more African Americans need to attend college, but the author offers no real ideas or points on how to make this possible. It’s easy to write about why people or government need to do something, the hard part comes on HOW to correct the problem.]]></description>
