And the smaller the number of African Americans in a given occupation, the fewer the role models, and therefore the less the incentive for young people coming up to go down those career paths.]]></description>

Being a new teacher on any campus may have some anxieties and I’m sure being a black teaching in a non HBCU might even heighten some of those anxieties.]]></description>
