Slaves WERE NOT SEEN AS PEOPLE, BUT THEY RAISED THE YOUNG OF THEIR MASTERS, EVEN BREASTFEED them when their child was left on the plantation. SO WHEN THE LIE SAID AGAIN '' AT LEAST THEY WERE RAISED IN A 2PARENT HOME? WHAT HOME? A SHACK, FROM SHARE CROPPING MAYBE YET, A CHILD BEING CONDITIONED TO SEE THEIR SIBLINGS BEATEN AND DEMONIZED FOR A SHOW FOR WHITE SUPREMACY, THEIR FATHER CALLED BOY. THE BIG PICTURE HERE IS THAT AFRICAN CHILDREN IN SLAVERY HAD NO FAMILY STRUCTURE AND SECURITY WHICH IS NEEDED AND EXPECTED WHEN 2PARENTS ARE NOT ABSENT. THERE WAS MOTHER AND FATHER FOR A SHORT WHILE- BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY SAY OVER WHEN THEIR CHILDREN ATE, WHAT THEY WORE, AND WHAT THEY LEARNED SO WHAT FAMILY VALUE CAN A MOTHER AND FATHER HAVE OVER THEIR UNION IF THEY HAVE NO LIBERTY TO AS WHAT IS NEEDED FOR SURVIVAL.
