What is sad is the fact many young people don’t know that this style comes from prison. When I tell them about it their jaw drops! In prison, often male get raped so, when they show their behind with their pants down it is an invitation to do you know what. I won’t say more.

Parents/Grandparents especially in their 50s these days let their children do whatever they want and do their best even going broke to give them anything they want.

It saddens me as a male, to see over and over females standing up to this cause more than us as men! I first thank you for writing this article and charging us men to STAND for something instead of continuing to fall for everything aka whatever the “in crowd” is doing! I vow to do my part in correcting what we are destroying from what so many people have stood for before me as well now! To the men that read this comment, I also charge you to take a stand in being a living example- I’m very sure you wouldn’t want some dude with his “stuff” in your mothers face while sitting somewhere, we would be READY to solve that problem quickly without thought, so why are we allowing it to someone else mother or daughter? Change starts with YOU..one by one! I apologize on behalf of the male, to women who have been offended/victimized by these acts! To the author I hope you don’t mind me adding this to where my voice is heard!
