This seems a little over exaggerated. The last time I voted in the state of Texas I had to show ID but they do absolutely no kind of verification of address. I wasn’t at the same address as my DL showed at all and haden’t been for at least 6 months. Though I don’t agree with this new rule, I can completely see the reasoning behind it.

I don’t think it’s unreasonable to require ID to insure that only citizens are voting. You have to show ID for all types of things, voting should be no different. Ron Paul 2012!

shame, shame, shame. Lets steal elections by keeping people from voting eh? Forget that! We need to stand strong against this. But more importantly, we need to help get out the vote. The League of Women Voters, http://registertovote.org and others are all helping register people to vote in 2012. Lets hear everyone’s voice in the coming election!
