Nobody can blame business owners for blacks being unemployed. Blacks are naturally lazier, more unmotivated, less reliable and less well spoken than white people. There are plenty of blacks who are intelligent, driven, and professional who have great jobs and careers. Unfortunately there are even more who'd rather live off taxpayers money and blame everyone and everything else for their miserable existence rather than actually trying to make a better life for themselves. All you blacks who cry about how unfair life is are just playin the black card and expecting free handouts. The black card is getting old. You want the jobs? You want more respect, less profiling, whatever other rediculous things you can come up with to complain about? Then get off your lazy ass, and go get it. But remember, as a business owner myself, I will always hire a nice, cleaned up, respectable, outgoing and well spoken boy or girl over someone with no people skills, unprofessional and can't even pronunce simple words like "asked".

I wonder why there is not more talk about how going to the EEOC or government agencies to complain about wrongful termination or discrimination by white managers is a waste of time.

1.)My experience is that the representative treat you as the enemy. They do everything not to do their jobs; including, frustrating the complaintent so he or she will give up, not file a claim, and walk away.

2.)When you provide evidence of mistreatment they do not fully investigate the complaint(s). My experience has been that the representative do not understand the terminology used by the compaintent nor do they request for clarification for anything they do not understand.

3.)The representative usually dismiss the complaint and or side with the employer.

4.)There are many black men and women all over this country who are setup to fail by their employers and nothing is done to the manager or management; including the human resource department(who usually protects the manager)who commits the offense.

These are government agencies that are suppose to protect us from discrimination, harassment, and from working in a hostile environment. Usually, the complaintent is either wrongfully terminated or he or she gives up and leave the company. This makes it difficult for black men and women to get another job. I would like to hear other readers opinion on this topic.
