Diet and exercise are key to maintaining a healthy weight and proper body mass and fighting oxidation of the blood is perhaps the most important part of that healthy diet.  Unfortunately, unless you take in exactly the correct amounts of vitamins &#038; minerals from your food (not many people do because it is a very difficult balance) your diet will be lacking.  There are several ways to do this, but I know of one in particular that contains specific ingredients to address aging, stop and reverse aging at the cellular level.  Unfortunately, this forum does not allow for the complete story, so I welcome all queries and will respond to each one submitted.]]></description>
