The study revealed that during the time span of 1995 and 2008 more than 400,000 coffee drinkers reduced their risks of death by consuming one cup of coffee a day. In fact, just the one cup reduced the chances of death by as much as 6%. 4 or 5 cups on a daily basis proved to reduced those vulnerabilities as much as 12%.
