(ThyBlackMan.com) Kirby Star Allies gameplay will leave you speechless. It will change your thoughts about the game. If you are unsure about whether the new Kirby game is worth buying, we have got you covered. Here are Kirby Star Allies gameplay details you should know about.

Kirby Star Allies First impression

Nintendo released a free demo before the game’s official release on March 16. It was the first time when Switch owners got the opportunity to try the game. The gameplay experience during the demo changed players’ perspective about the game in many ways. Everyone is praising the music, visuals, and overload of cuteness in the game, but a large number of players feel that the game doesn’t justify its $60 price tag and they won’t mind waiting for a sale to buy this game at a lower price.

Great graphics, less challenging gameplay

Graphically Kirby Star Allies is really good. The 3D environment looks realistic on screen. Special effects during combats and time-bound boosts look appealing. The moment Kirby throws hearts and befriends in-game characters is eye-catching. But the game appears to be very easy. You should not expect highly challenging tasks even in the hard levels. It is easy to beat bosses, especially in the beginning.

Kirby Star Allies is more of just a game with beautiful graphics and relaxing gameplay. It looks satisfying to eyes and is also a good game to refresh your mood. It’s just pure fun and nothing overly complicated.

Multiplayer is chaotic

You can just throw hearts at your enemies and they become your friends. If you are playing solo, AI will take control of these characters but if you are playing with friends, they can join you in the game but there will be only one player who can play as the lead character Kirby. And this is where things get a bit messed up.

The game features different enemies and each of them has different unique abilities, players have to choose their allies smartly. Your team will never look the same because of these different enemy classes. When playing with friends, everyone works on solving puzzles first and collecting items before everyone else.

In some of the areas, you have to be quick in order to unlock the areas while some of the areas need group efforts. Those who play solo will love this because AI is smart enough to act when it is needed but with friends, you can’t expect everyone to follow you or act in synchronization.

It makes the lead player feel redundant

No matter if you’re playing with friends or AI allies, the game sometimes make you feel redundant as the player. Your team members will only go ahead and do things for you and despite being a leader, all you have to do is to just follow them. Your friends will solve puzzles and you won’t feel the need of going back for a different ability to solve a complex puzzle. To some extent, these features kill the fun and make the journey pointless because even if you would want to kill enemies, AI allies or your friends will only do the job most of the time.

It has everything for kids

Yes, the whole adventure is pretty easy, but it’s good enough to keep kids engaged. Especially the beautiful environment and the cute little Kirby. Kirby games are usually easy but they do offer some challenging levels. Some of the levels in the game require players to have a good idea of controls, while most of the times it is simple button bashing. Kids would love this game because the fun lies in experimenting with different movesets and combining different powers.

Overall, the gameplay is good and Kirby Star Allies is certainly a game with a lot of beautiful things to look for. What do you think about the game?
