(ThyBlackMan.com) Apple fans are queuing to buy the iPhone X, the flagship smartphone for which Apple ditched the iPhone 9. The beautiful piece of hardware comes equipped with many features including near edge-to-edge display, facial recognition features, augmented reality support and a new processor with the neural engine. As always, this is the smartest and most powerful smartphone ever.

iPhone X vs Samsung Galaxy S8

The X and Samsung Galaxy S8 share many similarities. From the design perspective, Apple is following the trend which is set by Samsung. Both the devices sport a glass back and metal frame, as well as bezel-less display. When it comes to the iPhone, the only thing you can see is a small notch at the top of the display where sensors and a front facing camera is placed. The Samsung Galaxy S8, on the other hand, features a bezel-less design but you will see a little clutter in form of a slim strip below and above the screen.

The new iPhone uses Apple’s new A11 Bionic chipset. It’s a six-core processor and the fastest chipset Apple has ever made. Usually, Apple doesn’t officially reveal the details about RAM but it is said that the X comes with a 3GB RAM. The Samsung Galaxy S8 comes equipped with an octa-core processor Snapdragon 835 or Exynos 8895 and also accommodates 4GB of RAM. Apple is always known for the performance of its devices. No matter how bigger the difference is in the numbers, Apple always surprises fans with flawless performance.

iPhone X vs Google Pixel 2 XL

The X is now available and Google Pixel 2 XL is about to reach the market in a few days. Apple’s new phone and Google Pixel 2 XL garnered a lot of attention too. Both the smartphones fall in the premium segment and the devices offer notable features. Google has improved so much in the Pixel 2 series, the device comes loaded with many AI enhancements and software.

It is pretty amazing that the Pixel 2 XL does a lot better with its single lens. When compared with the other phones, it appears to be far better. The 12-megapixel sensor on the Pixel XL 2 takes stunning pictures. A camera that learns from how you use it, the machine learning capabilities make it a great device you can choose over the iPhone.

Both the Pixel 2 XL and Apple’s iPhone fall under the premium segment. The new iPhone is priced $999 while the Pixel 2 XL is available at $849. Those willing to choose the iPhone should check the XL before buying.

iPhone X vs OnePlus 5

The OnePlus 5T is now official and it will be launched anytime soon. Apple and OnePlus are criticized for many common reasons and they are many similarities for which the two phones are loved by fans. The devices have seen exceptional upgrades in the last few years and both the companies are now majorly focusing on camera and software. The only problem with the phones from Apple and OnePlus was their display. The companies didn’t pay much attention to display quality, but with the new iPhone and OnePlus 5 things are changing in the smartphone world and it’s a really good sign.

If you’re looking for more power in a device, the OnePlus 5 is one of the best iPhone alternatives. The insane 8GB RAM is an amazing addition and with that also the device is available at half of the price of the iPhone X. Although, you are not going to see all the killer features of the X in OnePlus 5, the OnePlus 5 can still be considered a good budget alternative. And if you could wait, OnePlus 5T is coming anytime soon.

So many hate on Apple. I’m loving my Iphone X, minus the “unibrow” at the top.

Note: All the other devices mention are nice but nothing can compete with the iPhone.
