(ThyBlackMan.com) Chris Brown has been ordered to stay clear of ex-GF Karrueche Tran, after she filed legal docs saying he vowed to kill her and he’s beaten her up before, Sources say.
Karrueche claims in a sworn statement to the judge, earlier this month Chris “told a few people that he was going to kill me.” She then says Chris Brown told the friends if he can’t have her then no one else can, threatening he was going to “take me out” and “threatened to shoot me.”
Karrueche also says several years ago Chris “punched me in my stomach twice,” and “pushed me down the stairs.” This would have been during the time Chris Brown was on probation for the Rihanna beating.
The legal docs also claim Chris has threatened to harm her friends and even recently threw a drink at one of them.
She worries he’s now putting action behind his words, and that’s why she got the restraining order.
A few weeks ago Chris Brown posted this video, which tracks with Karrueche’s claim Chris was telling friends if he couldn’t have her no one could. The domestic violence restraining order requires Chris to stay 100 yards away from Karrueche, her mom and her brother.
Chris Brown is still ducking Karrueche Tran’s domestic violence restraining order. The “Run It” singer won’t allow his law firm to accept service of the paperwork, his lawyer told Tran’s attorneys outside a courtroom in Santa Monica, Calif., early Wednesday. The problem forced the court to delay a morning hearing on the matter until April 19. Karrueche Tran’s lawyers told the Daily News they’ve tried serving him with the help of law enforcement but got shut down. They’ve since hired a private company to track Brown down.
“Generally, high profile people accept service through their attorneys,” Karrueche Tran’s lawyer Michelle Trigger told The News. “I would not use the word stonewalled,” she said. “Honestly, service issues are not unusual.” A temporary restraining order remains in place in the meantime. Tran won the stay-away order last month after claiming Brown punched her in her stomach twice and pushed her down stairs during their relationship. She also claimed Brown threatened to kill her.
“Around the second week of February, he told a few people that he was going to kill me,” she claimed. “He said if no one else can have me, then he’s gonna ‘take me out.'”
Chris Brown, 27, dated Karrueche Tran on and off between 2011 and 2015.
They broke up for good after it was revealed he had a child with another model, Nia Guzman, in 2014.
“Miss Tran is truly looking to get this matter handled in the most expeditious way possible,” Tran’s other lawyer Patrick Blood told Sources.
