The idea of losing your faculties and falling apart is a horrid one. But, aging is often taking only as badly as you make it for yourself. It’s perfectly possible to age with dignity and luster. You just have to take the right actions while you’re still relatively young. And, to help you out, this post will be going through some of the best ways to make sure your aging goes smooth and slow.

The first issue is a very common and difficult condition to live with. Joint pain affects most people into their later age; making life incredibly hard. As humans, our joints are very prone to failure. This, coupled with the fact that humans are living for longer than ever, is why so many people struggle with their lives. The only way that you can avoid this sort of pain in the future is by treating yourself right. Maintaining a healthy diet and exercising regularly is the only real way to ensure that your joints stay healthy into your old age. You can also take a supplement like cod liver oil, which contains Omega3. Omega3 is great for your joints and can make them much healthier.

Men are much more prone to going bald than women. This is because of the way that the genders are defined when they develop. When a fetus is first conceived, it has two X chromosomes in it’s DNA. This makes it a girl. If the child is to be a boy, a section of one of the chromosomes is removed; resulting in one Y and one X chromosome. The section that is removed from the chromosome includes a copy of the genes that control our hair. This leaves men with bald heads and not much they can do about it. So, it’s best to change the way that you use your face; to limit the wrinkles you get. Frowning is proven to cause more wrinkles than smiling. And, the wrinkles that smiling leave you with are often nice ones. So, smiling more can go a long way when it comes to improving this little chunk of aging.
