(ThyBlackMan.com) The most destructive form of racism, especially in America is structural racism because the poison of racism was injected at those institutions long before we were even born. The vast majority of Caucasoid especially in America support laws, practices, and rules that are very racially discriminative against black people in particular.

Intro: Here are the 5 biggest elements of structural racism in America.

1. The Prison System – The reason why The System locks up as many black men at a far more disproportionate rate than caucasoid men is simple: To make money off of them so that they can keep these brothers in prison as much as they can. And they also psychologically, socially, and spiritually kill him by marginalizing him from getting certain opportunities, certain housing opportunities, racistand on top of that they are stripped of other rights like the right to vote.

2. Predominate White Universities – It’s no secret that these predominate white universities like The University Of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and Auburn University are built upon the foundation of structural racism because they don’t admit many black students, they don’t hire many black faculty members, but they will instantly admit black people that can only dribble a basketball and throw a football because of their toxic addiction to financial greed through their athletic departments.

3. Police Departments – Police departments across America are among the institutions that are deeply embedded with structural racism because they systemically criminalize and incarcerate as many black men more than Caucasoid men via mass incarceration. Then black people are also the victims of stop n frisk, racial profiling, and police brutality at a much disproportionate rate than Caucasoid because many police officers are mentally ill because of racial biases that they have been embedded with by the mainstream media.

4. The Public School System – From the time black kids particularly young black boys go to school these days, they are systemically criminalized by the administrators and teachers (most of them are from the suburbs) as well as being physically and psychologically harmed by them so they can use any sort of excuse or petty reason to lock them up. And the administrators and teachers from the suburbs are among the people that are greatly profiting from the systemic criminalization and incarceration of our kids.

5. Corporate America – Corporate America has a very long and notorious history of racial discrimination especially when it pertains to black people because black people that work in Corporate America don’t get the raises, promotions, and respect they feel they deserve. And they also don’t like to hire black people who have certain hairstyles like afro, braids, curls, and locs because they fear us when we have our hair in a unapologetic way.

The Conclusion – To have a better understanding of racism in this country, you must look at these systems and how they harm us with a critical mind.
