(ThyBlackMan.com) With rumors floating around that all of the judges of American Idol are going to be kicked to the curb I’m wondering what will Nicki Minaj do next?
As this year’s American Idol came to an end and Candice Glover was announced the winner (who Nicki Minaj loved) it’s being said that none of the judges will be back. This even includes Randy Jackson who has been with American Idol as a judge since day one.
The 30 year, Nicki Minaj has been in an ongoing feud with fellow first-time judge Mariah Carey since the season started. Some think the producers thought that the feud would bring in ratings at first, but then it got away from them.”
M.J. Santilli, who writes for MJ’s Big Blog, says that the show should have circulated that they would restructuring next season with an entirely new panel of judges and a new producer.
Even though Nicki Minaj will not be returning it’s been said that she had plans on only judging for one season anyway. But no worries, Nicki Minaj is young and her fans love her.
An insider has said, “It’s safe to say she isn’t coming back to Idol.” Nicki Minaj will be focusing on her next album, touring, and endorsements. “She’s okay with it. She had a great time but was only going to do one season anyway.”
Did yall notice that Nicki Minaj was the only judge not to perform during the American Idol Finale? I wonder if Mariah had something to do with this. Of course I’m sure it’s not that serious even with Ms.Mariah.
Supposedly Nicki Minaj is too sexy for American Idol. Nicki should have been performing her single High School on Idol. But this did not happen.
“I was supposed to premiere my High School video on Idol, but they said it was too risqué. I had already committed to the Billboard Awards to perform my single High School, and so I wasn’t allowed to perform it on Idol and perform it on Billboard both.”
Well after seeing her performance on the Billboard Awards I can see why.
We know how that turned out. Nicki Minaj did more than sing. Nicki Minaj did a sexy lap dance for Lil’ Wayne while he sat and watched on stage at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards. This year’s awards show was held on May 19th in Las Vegas.
