(ThyBlackMan.com) For some reason I want to call this man Curtis James Jackson II –he goes by 50 Cent. I really do feel that a grown man walking around saying that he is grown should be using his birth name. 50 Cent is an accomplished rapper, producer, investor, and a mediocre actor.
As of late he has been in the news for fighting, dropping a new rap single with Eminem, promoting boxing, and being interviewed by Oprah Winfrey. After watching him on the OWN network and his interview with the Queen of Day 
Time Talk (I still consider her as such) he seemed to be very in tune with his manhood.
There are not many rappers that can say they have worked with two of the most successful artists in the industry which includes Eminem and Dr. Dre. From recent reports via MTV online 50 Cent has stated that he does not take advice from anyone but Eminem. Perhaps he should have did that when he thought he should get into the acting bid, because his movie that he filmed with two Hollywood heavyweights flopped? I will let you do your own research on that one. Let’s proceed to 2012 and where this artist is today. 50 Cent was recently on The Breakfast Club via Power 105.1 online and he talked to the crew about being a respected gangster and how he never has to pull out with a gun, because his team has him.
I for one don’t have any friends that will take a bullet for me just because my name is …. If you have some friends like that, please send me their number! The rapper also engaged in discussion about his feuds with Rick Ross and how both of their camps got jiggy at the BET Hip Hop Awards this year. News reports state that Gunplay who rides with Rick Ross was beaten up severely by 50 Cent’s entourage.
I just want to know why grown men can’t attend a function without fighting, cursing, and acting a fool just for street credit. Regardless of what happened during that event, 50 Cent did not get hurt – even though one of his boys will be going to jail for the incident that he told them to go take care of… I mean is he a GOD or what (in my 5percenters voice)? Well it doesn’t take much to write about when it comes to 50 Cent.
We will just say he is charting his own course, in his own lane, with no invitations: Trill. 50 Cent! 50 Cent! G-Unit for Life!
